ABSA learnerships requirements 

Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 30 years. All individuals must include a detailed CV (curriculum vitae) with contact details, valid contact references as well as any information they feel may help to their application. Please also include certified copies of all relevant certificates, ID book, and proof of address no older than 3 months. Applicants must be permanent South African residents and citizens.

Applicants will also provide the following:

*Grade 12 certificate
*Mathematics / Accounting passed
*Fluent in Eglish (speak, read & write)
*Communication skills with client
*Computer literacy is essential
*Team player & Self motivated
*Be willing to learn

ABSA learnerships application process

*Learnerships online applications processes are made available during the year on ABSA career web page. Applicants will be required to apply, complete an online assessment and agree to an interview.

*On the application form, you will have to supply information such as your name, contact detail, work experience, education along with valid contact details. Additionally, applicants will also have to upload CV (curriculum vitae) and any supporting documents.

*Another step will be to complete the online process. Individuals who meet the above listed requirements will be notified via e-mail, along with the links to the assessments that need to be done. Each assessment will measure your abilities and skills.

*If you are selected from this process a telephone interview will follow soon. This is in turn followed by a physical interview and then the selection process is complete. After your physical interview, you will receive ABSA call within 10 business days to be notified of the results.

The closing dates differ, depending on the position, as well as the branch. Some of these close in February, others in september or october end.
