NYDA Learnerships 2019-2020

The NYDA, or the National Agency for Youth Development, was created to meet the challenges facing many young people in South Africa. Young people in South Africa make up about 42% of the country’s population.

It aims to develop job stability, reduce poverty, eliminate inequalities and ensure sustainable employment. They seek to identify problems and provide long-term solutions to the challenges facing young people in South Africa. Their training program is one way to achieve their goals.

NYDA provides qualified students with excellent opportunities to gain hands-on experience in various fields through their learnerships program.Below we have compiled a list of the areas they offer each year.

The duration of the training may depend on the needs of the business. It is usually 12 or 18 months; some offer monthly benefits, while others may not.

NYDA Learnerships Requirements

Below we have listed some of these requirements that you can use as guidelines.

Required qualifications / requirements:

You must be a South African citizen
Candidates must have a class 12 certificate
Candidates must have a valid / valid ID book or document
Depending on the area and the opportunity, you must have a diploma or degree in this area
These applicants must submit a medical certificate showing their disability, along with the application form and other documents.

NYDA Learnerships Application

Online training applications on NYDA websites are easy. However, interested parties must first register on the NYDA website, which is free, and then search their options and available programs. When the training program opens the application form, all other information will also be available on their website.

If you do not receive a word from the company, you can assume that your application has not been selected.

NYDA end date for learnerships

The end date for learnerships is provided by NYDA, usually July, August and October. Therefore, it is important for stakeholders to search for an open learning website in the business and make sure you are aware of the current end date.

All applications that are incomplete or incorrect will not be considered. Do not submit original documentation, only certified copies.
