Department of Health Polokwane Learnerships Requirements

Candidates wishing to learn must comply with all requirements set by the Department of Health. Candidates must be between 18 and 35 years of age to be eligible and unemployed. It is recommended that you submit a complete curriculum vitae with your application. The details and references in your resume should be updated.

You must have a valid ID
Applicants must live in the area in which they are applying
All applicants must have a valid matrix in biology, life sciences and English
Candidates must be able to work without supervision and also as part of a team
All applicants must be committed to learning
Candidates must be prepared to work according to a fixed schedule
All applicants must ensure that they complete the application and attach a copy of all the certified documents, proof of residence and a copy of their identity card. The proof of residence must not exceed three months.

The Polokwane Department of Health’s online training application is not available. The application form can be collected at the nearest branch office and, once completed, can also be submitted there.
